Incorporated as KONAN KOGYO CO., LTD. Head Office: 2-5,
GOMOU-DORI, NADA-KE, KOBE-SHI

September 1962

Established an affiliated company, “KAZOKUTEI CO., LTD.”

December 1973

Built Head Office at CHAYA-MACHI, KITA-KU, OSAKA-CITY to be relocated

September 1987

Built NISHINOMIYA Factory in NISHINOMIYA-CITY, HYOGO to start manufacture of
its own buckwheat flour. A delivery center was also established within the factory

October 1992

Approved by Japan Securities Dealers Association to be registered
on the Over- the-Counter Market

February 2003

Basically agreed to conclude business and capital tie-up contracts with
KAPPA CREATE CO., LTD.

May 2006

Took over Udon Noodle Business Division of TOKUTOKU CO., LTD.

August 2007

Agreed to takeover bid by CAS CAPITAL GROUP
(TOB completed in September 2007)
